The CELLESTE BOUTIQUE is an artist‑run shop for exclusive merch, music, and keepsakes from the world of Celleste, created by Celleste and her partner/producer Eric Dick.
Orders ship from North America and we deliver worldwide. Delivery time depends on where you are: nearby U.S. orders can arrive within a few days, while international shipments (like Europe, Australia, or Asia) can take a few weeks and may be delayed by customs. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Most items are final sale, but we do offer exchanges or store credit on eligible apparel within 14 days of delivery, as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. If something arrives damaged or there’s a mistake with your order, contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Email boutique@celleste.com with your order number, the item you’d like to exchange, and what you’d like instead. We’ll reply with instructions on where to send your item back; for regular size exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Personalized or signed items, accessories such as stickers and enamel pins, and digital products are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Any product clearly marked ‘Final sale’ on the product page isn’t eligible for change‑of‑mind returns or exchanges.
Most in‑stock orders leave the boutique within the handling time listed at checkout. Delivery speed then depends on your location and shipping method: U.S. orders can arrive within a few business days, while international orders (for example to Europe, Australia, or Asia) can take a few weeks and may be delayed by customs. Your shipping confirmation email will include tracking so you can monitor progress.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, email boutique@celleste.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once the issue is confirmed, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, and in these cases we cover any required return shipping.
